Automation and Testing Equipment Engineer

Knowledge of machine vision and PLC (Beckhoff); Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio.NET; 3 years of professional experience;

Main activities and responsibilities:
Planning of test equipment and their application development;
Analysis and optimization of test procedures;
Development of software modules and their support;
Coordination of changes and their implementation;
Support of the projects;
Design and construction of electrical control cabinets for automation;
Coordination of material procurement and control cabinet construction;
Preparation of electro documentation based on DIN EN 61439;
Development of a modular system for recurring functional units;
Support during installation and commissioning;
Planning, development and programming of process controls;
Programming of visualization interfaces;
Commissioning of automation systems;
Analysis and optimization of functional sequence;
Cross-departmental support in project planning;
Coordination of changes and their implementation;
Documentation generation with functional sequence description.

Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree, major in Electrical Engineering , Automation or Technical Computer science;
3 years of professional experience;
Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio.NET;
Good knowledge of LIN and CAN bus systems;
Knowledge of machine vision and PLC (Beckhoff);
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering;
Knowledge of English;
Sound knowledge of Beckhoff and industrial fieldbus systems;
Knowledge in robotics desirable;
Relevant experience in creating electrical circuit diagrams (EPLAN);
Knowledge in the field of automation technology and fieldbus systems.
